A Note from Jennifer: Care Since My First Client in 2013
I started caring for pets professionally in 2013. On the About page, you'll find a photo of me with my very first client. I still love what that photo represents: showing up for a pet as an individual.
Every pet comes with a story
Before I care for a dog, I want to know their usual route, favorite pace, and whether they greet new people with a bounce or need a little space. A cat may want playtime, a quiet check-in, or simply the comfort of their normal feeding routine. Those details help me follow the plan you already know works.
Over the years, I've worked with dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, horses, and more. Care doesn't look the same across species, households, or seasons, so I start by listening to the person who knows the pet best: you.
What you can expect from me
I offer weekday dog walks, drop-in pet sitting, and dog or cat nail trims. My goal is for pets to feel comfortable and for you to know how a visit went. That's why photos and an update are part of the routine.
Waldorf Walkers & Pet Sitting is insured through Pet Sitters Associates. We're based in Hughesville, MD 20637 and serve families within a 20-mile radius, including nearby Waldorf, when the schedule fits.
