When you send an inquiry

We collect the name, email, phone number, city, services, and pet details you provide so Jennifer can respond and plan care. A copy is saved in a private inquiry dashboard as a backup. We also send the inquiry through FormSubmit to Jennifer’s email. Please avoid sharing payment details or sensitive medical information in this first message.

When you complete a client packet

The unlisted client packet collects the contact, home care, pet health, routine, veterinarian, trip, and authorization details you enter so we can plan and provide care. It also records your typed electronic signature and submission time. Completed packets are stored in Jennifer’s owner-only dashboard and are not sent through the public inquiry email service. Please share alarm or door codes, Wi-Fi passwords, payment card information, pet photos, and vaccination records separately through an agreed method. The packet page does not load our public-page analytics scripts. Anyone with the packet link can open the form, so do not forward it. Contact Jennifer to ask about a packet you submitted or request its removal.

When you join our email list

Joining is optional. We save your email address, the signup page, the consent wording, and the time you joined in Jennifer’s private dashboard so we can send pet care tips and Waldorf Walkers updates. Inquiry submissions do not automatically subscribe you. Jennifer may export the list to an email service for sending newsletters. To opt out or request removal, email jennifer.waldorfwalkers@gmail.com. Your email address is not included in our visitor analytics.

When you browse

We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. Our private dashboard counts page views and recent activity, including a temporary browser session identifier, the page viewed, clicks on contact and service links, whether the inquiry form was started, approximate scroll depth and visible-page activity time, referring website, broad device type, and approximate city, region, and country supplied by our hosting network. This activity tracking does not include the details typed into your form. We save the public IP address supplied by our hosting network alongside this activity, visible only in Jennifer’s private dashboard. An IP address may be shared by several people or changed by a network or VPN; it does not identify an individual or exact home address. Jennifer’s own browser and registered work-network IP addresses are excluded from dashboard analytics. A browser cookie remembers this exclusion. The session identifier stays in this browser tab and renews after 30 minutes without a visible-page activity signal. Google Analytics also collects usage information about visits to our public pages and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Our service-area map

The contact page uses OpenStreetMap map tiles to show our approximate service radius. Your browser requests those tiles from OpenStreetMap when the map loads; their service receives normal connection information, including your IP address. We do not ask your browser for your location or use this map to track your location.
